Day 6 schedule
General Announcements:
The Mahoney/Brown School robotics (LEGO) team made it to the quarter finals on Saturday and also won the Spirit Award!! Congratulations!!
Project Reach would like to tell you about their new challenge, but first, who would like to win a brand new IPod Nano? I hope that many of you do, because we’ve got a challenge for you! Here’s the catch…Project Reach has teamed up with FairPoint Communications and would like all of you to be safe online. We have an internet pledge for you and your parents to discuss and sign. All you have to do is return the pledge signed by you and your parents to your homeroom teacher by Friday, December 17th. Each student who makes the deadline will then be entered into the drawing for the IPod Nano. The drawing will take place after we return from the winter break. We’ll also raffle off tickets to a Red Claws game in February to all those who return the pledges on time! Good luck!!
All 8th grade art students please have your laptop for all Art classes until further notice.
Mahoney drama club needs your help! They are looking for any formal wear (bridesmaids, prom dresses, etc; men’s formalwear) that you would like to donate for use in performances. Drop them off in the main office. Thank you!
Music announcements:
Beginner band will meet today after school until 3:00 p.m.
Performance jazz will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings this week.
Training Jazz will meet Friday morning this week!

Good luck to our basketball teams at their games this afternoon!
A reminder that student spectators’ behavior at basketball games is expected to be the same as we expect during the school day. Arrival at games without an adult is NO EARLIER than 3:15.
